Retailers across all retail sectors have suffered disruptions as a result of Covid-19 restrictions. Now as Egypt gets ready to lift some restrictions that will facilitate a recovery in the F&B retail sector, those retailers must capitalize on:
1. Fast Delivery & Pick-up solutions with contactless options for payment and minimal hand-off interactions by providing online payment and tipping options.
2. Increasing their grab-n-go or ready-to-cook options for both individual meals and larger catering menus to increase their utilization of kitchens and avoid un-necessary lay-offs
3. Provide non-invasive sanitation facilities for in-house dinners without increasing one-time use plastics that could increase costs and waste.
4. Provide a transparent operation where the food goes from cooking to table is handled by the least number of handlers.
