As East Cairo continues to be a growing commercial hub, we at KVRD knew we had to develop a destination that can stand out. In line with our values, we chose to develop a destination based on retail development science, a destination developed to strategically capitalize on our catchment area’s gaps and targeted market needs.
Among the essential characteristics of our destinations is we balance creating a tenant mix that can cater to both consumers’ diverse tastes and needs while ensuring tenants are complementing one another instead of competing against each other within the destination.
